Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Strip Lashes Regular.

Strip lashes are intended for single-day wear and typically stay secure for an event when properly applied. Longevity depends on adhesive, activity, and care; avoid water and rubbing to maintain them throughout your event. They’re usually removed same day or reused if cleaned properly.

When applied and removed by a trained technician, Strip Lashes Regular should not damage your natural lashes. Avoid tugging, picking, or using oil-based removers. Frequent improper application or aggressive removal can cause stress to natural lashes, so professional care is recommended.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and no mascara to ensure a smooth application. Bring reference photos of your desired style. If you wear contacts, consider removing them before the appointment for comfort; arrive a few minutes early for consultation.

We recommend removing contact lenses during application for comfort and hygiene. You may reinsert them after the adhesive sets—usually a few minutes. If you prefer to keep contacts in, let your technician know so they can adjust the process for your comfort.

Avoid water, steam, and oil-based products for at least 24 hours to ensure the adhesive sets. Cleanse gently around the eyes, avoid rubbing or pulling, and sleep on your back if possible. Most strip lashes are disposable but can be reused if carefully cleaned and stored.

If you feel itching, burning, or swelling, remove the lashes immediately and rinse the area with cool water. Apply a cold compress and avoid rubbing. Contact the salon right away; seek medical attention if symptoms worsen or if you suspect an allergic reaction.
