Before your appointment, grow hair to about a quarter-inch, gently exfoliate 24 to 48 hours prior, avoid tanning and heavy lotions, and arrive clean. Skip retinoids or recent chemical peels and tell your esthetician about medications or sensitivities.

Our premium formula includes soothing agents and we perform a brief consultation and patch test if needed. Technicians adjust technique to minimize irritation. Avoid waxing over broken or inflamed skin and inform us about allergies or topical prescriptions before treatment.

Results typically last three to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth cycles. Regular appointments can slow regrowth and reduce density over time. Post-care and proper exfoliation help maximize smoothness between sessions.

Some discomfort is normal, but our proprietary wax and calming additives reduce pulling sensation significantly. Skilled estheticians use techniques to minimize pain. Numbing creams are available upon request, and breathing or timing appointments can also help manage sensitivity.

Many clients safely receive waxing during pregnancy, but consult your healthcare provider, especially during the first trimester. Certain medications like isotretinoin or blood thinners may contraindicate waxing. Always inform us of medications, medical conditions, or pregnancy before booking.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense exercise, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Wear breathable clothing and skip fragrances or exfoliation for the first two days. After 48 hours, begin gentle exfoliation and use soothing, non-comedogenic moisturizers to prevent ingrown hairs.
