Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Full Arms Waxing.

Most clients enjoy smooth arms for three to six weeks, depending on individual hair cycles and growth rate. Regular appointments can extend the time between sessions and often result in finer, slower regrowth over several treatments.

Ensure hair is at least 1/4 inch long, gently exfoliate a day earlier, and avoid heavy lotions, sun exposure, or retinol for 48 hours. Arrive clean and dry to help the wax adhere properly and reduce irritation.

Pain varies by sensitivity and hair density; most clients describe brief, manageable stinging. Our technicians use quick technique, skin support, and aftercare to minimize discomfort. Numbing creams are available by request, and regular waxing usually becomes less painful over time.

We recommend scheduling appointments every three to six weeks depending on personal hair growth. Faster growers may return sooner, while consistent waxing often slows regrowth and lengthens intervals. Technician will advise a customized schedule at your appointment.

We advise avoiding waxing on sunburned, irritated, or broken skin. For sensitive skin, inform your technician — we use gentler waxes, lower temperatures, and can perform a small patch test to ensure tolerance before proceeding with the full treatment.

Avoid hot baths, vigorous exercise, heavy creams, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Use soothing aloe or fragrance-free moisturizer, skip exfoliation for two days, and exfoliate gently after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smooth results.
