Get answers to common questions about Yoni Steam - 20 Mins.
Yes. Our 20-minute session includes consultation and preparation. We review medical history, pregnancy, infections, or sensitivities before steaming. Clients with active infections, pregnancy, or certain conditions may be advised against steaming — we’ll recommend alternatives and personalized care.
Arrive hydrated, avoid heavy meals and intimate products like douches or perfumes, and refrain from intercourse for 24 hours prior when possible. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Inform your therapist of medications, pregnancy status, or any health concerns during the pre-steam consultation.
We use a blend of traditional calming and antiseptic herbs such as rosemary, lavender, mugwort, chamomile, and red raspberry leaf. Herbal mixtures can be tailored to your needs during consultation; we use high-quality, safe botanicals and never mix known allergens without consent.
Our Yoni Steam - 20 Mins appointment is a 20-minute service that includes a brief consultation, preparation, and the steam itself. Allow a few extra minutes for arrival and briefing so we can safely tailor the experience to your needs.
Steaming during heavy flow is generally not recommended. Some clients choose to steam during light spotting or after their period for comfort. We’ll assess your cycle and health during consultation and advise whether steaming is appropriate or suggest alternative supportive practices if contraindicated.
Yes. Contraindications include pregnancy (in some cases), active vaginal infections, open sores, recent pelvic surgery, uncontrolled chronic conditions, or severe sensitivity to herbs. Inform us of medications, IUDs, or medical history during consultation so we can determine safety and modify or decline service.
